· Develop and implement security measures and controls for infrastructure components, including networks, servers, databases, and storage systems.
· Design secure infrastructure architectures that align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
· Configure and manage security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
· Perform regular vulnerability assessments of infrastructure components.
· Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities and work with relevant teams to remediate them.
· Stay updated with emerging threats and security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate countermeasures.
· Monitor infrastructure systems and networks for security incidents and anomalies.
· Respond to and investigate security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
· Ensure infrastructure systems comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and policies.
· Perform security audits and assessments and develop action plans to address any identified gaps or issues.
· Assist internal and external security audits and assessments.
· Maintain documentation related to security controls, processes, and incident response procedures.
· Generate regular security reports and metrics for management and stakeholders.
Communicate security-related findings, risks, and recommendations to the relevant teams.
